“On” represents a shortened version of “about” and “Cash Flow” is represents how money moves throughout your life. Money comes in as income, goes out as expenses, or goes into investments. So in essence, “On Cash Flow” roughly means “About personal finance”. It’s meant to be all-encompassing.
